OUR STORY
Zappie Communications was founded in 2021 by Jamie and Mike, two telecoms professionals with the same values and ethos. With years of experience in the industry, they recognised that to be successful they needed to combine their skills and knowledge.
Jamie was previously an Operations Director overseeing a large installation team and a large customer success team in a successful telco outfit, and Mike was at the forefront of customer acquisition in software and telco sales for many years.
Together, as long standing friends and telecoms professionals, Zappie was forged with its mission to build an environment for our customers and colleagues to work at the highest level.
Investing in our people is crucial for them to grow and hit their personal goals by using Zappie as a vehicle to make this happen. Inevitably this process of providing our team with the best training & the best qualifications will lead to world class customer service for our customers.
