As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing automated systems, designing and building full-stack applications, and integrating tools into existing processes and systems. You’ll collaborate with various teams to identify automation opportunities that enhance efficiency and improve business operations. The ideal candidate has a strong programming background, expertise in automation frameworks, and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to improve workflows, processes, and systems.
  • Design and build full-stack applications to improve our product offerings.
  • Collaborate with directors to identify automation opportunities, streamline repetitive tasks, and reduce manual interventions.
  • Develop custom scripts, tools, and solutions to automate daily tasks and optimize system performance.
  • Integrate third-party automation tools and platforms to enhance internal systems.
  • Ensure seamless operation by integrating automation solutions with existing systems, databases, and applications.
  • Monitor and maintain automated systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to uphold best practices.
  • Work closely with IT, operations, and development teams to implement and enhance automation solutions.
  • Develop documentation and user manuals for automation tools and processes.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation systems, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Offer guidance and training to internal teams for smooth adoption of automation solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in front-end and/or back-end web development with an interest in data analytics.
  • Knowledge of automation technologies (APIs, Webhooks, Zapier, or similar).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks such as React or Next.js.
  • Understanding of back-end development (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar) and related frameworks (e.g., Django).
  • Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MariaDB, or similar).
  • Experience in UI/UX development (HTML, CSS, or similar).
  • Knowledge of Linux server management, including installations (Apache, Nginx, etc.).
  • Experience with servers, VPS creation, and networking fundamentals.
  • Basic understanding of firewalls, IP technologies, cloud services, and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, or DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
