As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for converting leads into loyal customers by attending pre-booked appointments arranged by our dedicated Telemarketing team. With an average of three appointments scheduled daily, you’ll have the opportunity to engage face-to-face with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored telecoms solutions that drive their business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend all pre-scheduled and pre-qualified new business appointments allocated in your calendar daily, provided by our telemarketing team.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs.
- Present and recommend Zappie’s tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Close sales effectively, meeting and exceeding individual and team targets.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, sales activities, and outcomes.
- Conduct thorough company research ahead of each meeting to ensure a tailored approach.
- Provide feedback to the Telemarketing team to enhance lead quality.
- Join the team in the office every Friday for the weekly Sales Meeting and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in direct B2B or door to door sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident, professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Results driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage time effectively.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
