We are looking for a dynamic and energetic sales floor coach to inspire, support and enhance the productivity of our inside sales executive team. This role is pivotal in maintaining a positive atmosphere on the sales floor, ensuring team members are motivated, engaged and performing at their best. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively walk the sales floor to inspire and energise team members, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
- Deliver motivational speeches and talks to boost morale, encourage productivity, and celebrate successes.
- Provide real-time support and guidance by listening in on calls and offering constructive feedback.
- Assist with phone calls as needed, focusing on booking appointments and managing schedules.
- Efficiently handle the rescheduling of appointments and meetings to optimize team productivity.
- Find and coordinate diary dates and times for various appointments, ensuring smooth operations.
- Play a key role in enhancing the workplace environment, ensuring all team members feel supported and engaged.
- Identify and address any potential issues that could impact team morale or productivity, providing solutions and support as necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a sales environment, with a strong understanding of sales processes and team dynamics.
- Previous experience in a coaching, mentoring, or leadership role is highly desirable.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and inspirational talks.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with team members.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage schedules, appointments, and team activities efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in managing diary dates and rescheduling appointments.
- Quick-thinking and proactive in identifying and addressing challenges that may affect team morale or productivity.
- A genuine passion for helping others grow and succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
