- There has been no transfer or reassignment of contracts
- All services continue exactly as normal
- Your support, billing and account management remain unchanged

Important clarification on contracts
We are aware that some third parties in the market have been suggesting that customers are free to exit agreements without obligation.
This is incorrect.
All agreements with Zappie Network Services Ltd remain fully valid and enforceable, including any applicable notice periods and early termination provisions.
Customers who choose to terminate services early will be subject to the terms agreed within their contract.
Where equipment has been financed through a third-party provider (such as BNP Paribas, Grenke, Propel or others), these agreements remain entirely separate and continue as normal.
