Effective from March 14th, 2025, Zappie will be adjusting your monthly recurring charges by 8% in line with the prevailing Retail Price Index (RPI) rates. We understand this change may be difficult, and we deeply regret any inconvenience it may cause.
Each April, the telecoms industry adjusts its pricing in line with the prevailing RPI rates published by the Office for National Statistics. As we’ve recently updated the way we bill (now 1 month in advance), the change applies to your March invoice – this is now for April service charges.
Despite these inflationary pressures, we’ve capped our increase this year at 8% compared to our increase of 8.49% last year to minimise as much impact as possible.
Our ongoing investments aim to improve our services continually. We are upgrading our network, enhancing our products, and providing additional services that add value to your experience with Zappie.
