Effective from June 15th, 2024, Zappie will be adjusting your monthly recurring charges by 8.49% in line with the prevailing Retail Price Index (RPI) rates. We understand this change may be difficult, and we deeply regret any inconvenience it may cause.
Despite these inflationary pressures, we have been working hard to minimise the impact on our customers. Rising energy and infrastructure costs have made this adjustment unavoidable. This is only the second price increase since our inception in 2019, and it’s a decision we’ve made with careful consideration.
We want to emphasise our commitment to reinvesting our profits back into building the best product and team in the telecom industry. Over the past 12 months, we have invested nearly £70,000 in developing a stable, geo-redundant platform. This significant investment ensures that our network and infrastructure remain robust, reliable, and capable of delivering the high level of service you expect from us.
Our ongoing investments aim to improve our services continually. We are upgrading our network, enhancing our products, and providing additional services that add value to your experience with Zappie.
Please find attached a copy of our terms and conditions, with specific reference to point 2.13, which outlines the conditions for such increases. We fully understand that price changes can be challenging, especially in the current climate.
