Why We Created a New Website
At Zappie, we’ve experienced incredible growth over the past 20 months. What began as a vision shared by our founders, Jamie and Mike, to transform the industry has quickly become a thriving business with over 50 dedicated employees – and we continue to grow month after month.
Our new website is a testament to this exciting journey and reflects the direction we’re heading: always putting our customers first.
We’ve listened closely to your feedback and have been working tirelessly over the past six months to bring this new website to life.
This new website is just one part of our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional customer support and an effortless online experience.
But the website is only the beginning. Behind the scenes, we have an incredible team working hard every day to make sure that all of our clients – both new and long-standing – feel welcome and supported.
The new Zappie website has probably been the biggest project I've ever been involved in. 6 months of blood sweat and tears. And that was just getting people to respond to the 'Meet the Team' questions! I'm very proud of the team - Molly, Cherelle and Charlie - for working so hard to get us up-and-running.
