Terms and Conditions for the Referral Voucher Scheme

1. Eligibility

a. This referral scheme is open to current customers of Zappie Group who refer new businesses (hereinafter “Referred Company”) to us.

b. To qualify for the referral voucher, the Referred Company must not have been previously introduced to Zappie Group or be an existing customer.

2. Referral Process and Conditions

The referrer (existing customer) will be eligible for a £500 referral voucher once the following conditions are met by the Referred Company:

The Referred Company has signed a contract with Zappie Group.
The Referred Company has been approved and accepted by a finance provider where applicable.
Zappie Group’s equipment has been installed at the Referred Company’s premises.
The Referred Company has continuously used Zappie Group’s service for a minimum period of three (3) months.
The Referred Company has a direct debit set up with Zappie Group and has no outstanding arrears on their Zappie Group account.

b. The referral must be submitted through the designated referral process, which includes providing accurate and complete details of the Referred Company.

3. Voucher Issuance

a. Upon successful completion of the conditions outlined in Clause 2, the £500 referral voucher will be issued to the referrer within 30 days.

b. The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

c. Voucher options available, at time of writing, are Love2Shop or John Lewis, these are subject to change.

4. Anti-Bribery and Corruption Compliance

Zappie Group operates in full compliance with anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws. Any attempts to manipulate or misuse the referral scheme will result in disqualification from the scheme and may lead to further action.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

a. Both the referrer’s and the Referred Company’s personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Zappie Group’s privacy policy.

b. Personal data will only be used for the purposes of administering the referral scheme and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

6. Exclusions

a. The Referred Company must not be an existing customer or have been previously engaged with Zappie Group in any capacity prior to the referral.

b. Employees of Zappie Group, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the referral scheme.

7. Right to Modify or Terminate

Zappie Group reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the referral scheme at any time without prior notice. Any referrals made prior to such changes will still be honoured under the terms that were in effect at the time of the referral.

8. Fraud and Abuse

Any fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification from the referral scheme, forfeiture of the referral voucher, and potential legal action.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England, United Kingdom, and any disputes arising in connection with the referral scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, United Kingdom. By participating in the referral scheme, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from making any referrals.
