As a Content Creator/Designer, you will be tasked with creating visually appealing and informative content that tells our brand story, supports marketing campaigns, and engages with our audience. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to produce multimedia content that aligns with company goals and drives engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, a creative mindset, and experience in content creation across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create compelling digital content, including graphics, videos and social media posts.
  • Develop design templates and assets for use across various platforms, such as websites, social media, email campaigns, and presentations.
  • Create video content, from concept development to editing and final production, ensuring it aligns with our brand’s voice and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content that supports ongoing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Manage content calendars, ensuring timely creation and distribution of content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with the community, responding to comments and messages in line with our brand’s tone.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics for content engagement and make recommendations for optimisation.
  • Ensure all content and designs are consistent with our brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual and written identity.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of the company’s visual and content strategy, helping to shape the brand’s online presence.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas.
  • Continuously research trends and best practices in digital content creation and design to ensure our content remains fresh, innovative, and competitive.
  • Use design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.) and other multimedia tools to optimise content for various platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content creation, graphic design, and video production.
  • Strong proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop) and video editing tools.
  • Experience with content management systems and social media management tools 
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative content.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present creative ideas clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • A creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
