I approached Mike at Zappie about some issues I had with our Wi-Fi signal at my nightclub. He promptly came to meet us on site and suggested some excellent hardware to sort the problem. His engineer was out within a couple of days to do the cabling. He done a lovely neat job and the Wi-Fi has been perfect ever since!
From the moment were contacted by Zappie, it has been a very easy and pleasant experience. From my first meeting with Jamie to the efficient and seamless install and training by Jack, with no down time at all. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions that I have asked the team have been answered immediately and explained in an easy to understand way. We now have the most updated phone system which is also run on their own platform. I would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of using Zappie in the future. Keep doing what you are doing Guys 🙂
I have worked alongside Zappie since they opened their doors and I have been nothing but impressed. Their owners Jamie & Mike really get involved and support customers like myself without hesitation which is hard to find in this day and age with bigger firms.
